- 150ml of Alpro Almond & Coconut Milk
- 80 g or 1 fistful of frozen summer fruits (can pick them up in Tesco/Supervalu)
- 2 heaped tablespoons of Glenisk (or other brand) natural Greek yoghurt
- Half tablespoon of honey
- Blend all ingredients together.
- Serve in a glass with a straw.
