Hi MQ just a quick note to say thank you for your programme and all your help… I highly recommend MQ fitness and weightloss programme I went on this programme for 8weeks and loss a stone /full dress size ????. It’s a very easy plan all the excerise programmes are so we’ll explained and gives excellent ideas for breakfast lunch dinner and snacks to suit u personally and tbh it’s all lovely food and very easy to make… I feel great since I started on this programme and I find no question is to big or small Mark will always answer them… If u are thinking about this programme it’s brilliant highly recommend it and an excellent trainer behind it all… Thanks a mill Mark for all your help wouldn’t of done it without ur help ????

I took on the six week program – over all result feel better lost 2 stone and enjoyed the program.

It incorporated every exercise I enjoyed and is broken down in such a simple manner it’s so easy to follow

Also the advice on eating I received I found a major benefit and I still enjoyed my favourite foods by simply cutting back.

It’s not time consuming and is ideal for anyone working a 9 – 5.

Highly recommend it and feel so much better with increased energy levels.

I have been following one of Marks training and meal plans since Xmas and have found them brilliant. The training plans are varied and fun to do and the food plans are not what you would expect been based on what you like to eat.
